Managers will be encouraged to create
a support network both within and outside the business, identifying
experts and advisors in various skills areas, and to develop a communication
plan for the transfer of relevant knowledge within these arenas.
From initial identification of needs, workshops will be designed
to address common requirements across the whole group, encouraging
mutual support and active learning.
